Taqueria Monterrey USF is getting a makeover (and a new name)

We are going to be closed for the month of April doing some renovation and upgrades. We will be re-opening in May as Taco Bus #4. We are very excited about this expansion, and hope that you will be too. Taqueria Monterrey will continue to be open in Plant City. Thank you for your continued support.

Taqueria Monterrey is having a contest to find the new great Vegan Taco Recipe. All submissions must feature a non-animal protein. First prize includes and all expenses paid trip to Cancun, Mexico!
